Editorial policy
We write about a supplement sold to men. That calls for firm rules.
Facts about the product
Facts about the box come from its product page and its packaging. Where those disagree with each other, we show both and say so.
Health statements
We say nothing of our own about what the product does in the body. The brand's statements appear in quotation marks, beside the FDA notice that covers them.
Sources
Health information comes from the FDA and the National Institutes of Health. We read each source in full and quote it word for word. Sources read 9 October 2026.
Ratings
Rating figures come from the product page and are updated with the price.
